During the meetings, first- and second-year students were informed about the academic orientation process, course selection, exam schedule, academic processes, and the functioning of the advising system. Third-year and above students were informed about internship programs, graduation requirements, career planning, graduate education opportunities, and current academic activities within the faculty.

At all meetings, students' questions on academic and administrative matters were answered, and suggestions and requests were sought. The meetings were completed productively, raising student awareness of the advising system and strengthening communication.
