This event, hosted by the Ayhan Şahenk Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, aimed to contribute to the professional development of students by bringing them together with industry representatives, enabling them to gain knowledge about the sector, and guiding their career planning. The event began with an opening speech by our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Şekeroğlu. In his speech, the importance of university-industry collaboration was emphasized, and the necessity for students to derive maximum benefit from such organizations was highlighted.

In the sessions held within the program, Mehmet Ateş, a consultant at HekAgro, gave a brief opening speech about his industry experience. Following this, Sales and Marketing Director Orçun Sağyaşar addressed the participants. The program continued with presentations by Sami Togan and Hayati Aslan on their respective fields. The panel discussion was chaired by the Faculty Vice Dean, Prof. Dr. Halil Tokyay. The panel provided an interactive environment between industry representatives and students, answering students' questions and facilitating information sharing. At the closing of the event, our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Şekeroğlu, presented awards to the participants who contributed to the program. Certificates of appreciation were presented by Ahmet Şekeroğlu. The program concluded with a group photo session.

The event increased students' professional awareness and made a significant contribution to their career development by enabling them to communicate directly with industry representatives. The program, which was followed with great interest by the participants, is planned to continue as a productive organization in terms of strengthening faculty-industry cooperation.
