Quality assurance practices are being improved in our Faculty of Education.
The Faculty of Education's Unit Quality Commission meeting was held with the participation of unit quality representatives. During the meeting, the results of student satisfaction, alumni satisfaction, and administrative staff satisfaction surveys for 2025 were discussed from a holistic quality assurance perspective. Based on stakeholder feedback, strengths and areas for improvement were analyzed, and concrete areas for development were identified within the framework of sustainable quality management. Commission members made assessments aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the faculty's academic and administrative processes using a data-driven decision-making approach.
As a result of the meeting, it was proposed that a Research and Development Commission be established to improve the publication and project performance of faculty members, and a Social Contribution Commission be established to ensure more systematic and coordinated social contribution activities. Furthermore, it was decided to take strategic steps to strengthen the communication network with alumni and increase the effectiveness of alumni tracking studies. Our faculty continues its commitment to spreading a quality culture at the institutional level and strengthening the continuous improvement approach.
