The opening ceremony of the Teacher Academies was held with the participation of Niğde Governor Mr. Cahit Çelik, NÖHÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Uslu, Deputy Mayor Mr. Harun Dikici, Niğde Provincial Director of National Education Ms. Elif Özbek, academics, provincial and district education administrators, school principals, and teachers. Following the opening speeches, Prof. Dr. Ziya AVŞAR, a faculty member of the NÖHÜ Faculty of Science and Literature, gave a presentation on the Literature Academy, and Prof. Dr. Feyzan GÖHER BALÇIN gave a presentation on the Importance of Music in Human Life at the Music Academy.

The Music Academy, organized within the scope of the Niğde Provincial National Education Directorate's Teacher Academies, was completed with activities by faculty members from the Music Education Department of the Fine Arts Education Faculty at Niğde University and faculty members from the Musicology Department of the Niğde University Turkish Music State Conservatory.
