Strong Cooperation Against Disaster Risks: IRAP Consultation Meeting Hosted by Our Department

The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Plan (IRAP) Consultation Meeting, organized to minimize disaster risks and enhance inter-institutional coordination in Niğde, was hosted by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Korkanç—a faculty member of our department and the Director of the Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Disaster Education and Management Application and Research Center (NÜAYUM).

During the meeting, held as part of a visit to our department by personnel from the Provincial Directorate of Disaster and Emergency Management (AFAD), views regarding the IRAP and opportunities for cooperation were evaluated.
