Course Objective
Knows the basic concepts of physiology. Learns about cell and energy systems. Knows how the cardiovascular, neuromuscular, and respiratory systems adapt to exercise. Learns about adaptation to exercise in different environments.
Brief Content of the Course
Teaching basic concepts related to physiology Energy systems, cardiovascular, neuromuscular, and respiratory systems adapted to exercise Energy systems and movement, post-exercise recovery, and the effects of exercise on the cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, and endocrine locomotor systems The aim is to teach information about exercise practices in different climates and conditions.
