Course Objective
The aim of this course is to teach students the basic techniques, rules, and instructional methods of wrestling, and to explore its pedagogical, physical, and technical aspects within the context of individual sports.
Brief Content of the Course
Topics include the history and fundamentals of wrestling, rules of freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, stances, grips, throws, defense, training principles, and pedagogical methods.
