Course Objective
To develop speaking, listening, and comprehension skills in language teaching; to enable students to translate texts given in Kazakh Turkish into Turkish (Turkey Turkish) and to compare the linguistic features of the two languages. The main objective of this course is to enable students to accurately, meaningfully, and contextually translate texts from Kazakh Turkish into Turkish (and vice versa when necessary).
Brief Content of the Course
To enable students to engage in daily conversations and perform text translations in Kazakh Turkish. In this course, translation and meaning transfer exercises from Kazakh Turkish into Turkish (Turkey Turkish) are conducted. The phonetic, morphological, syntactic, and semantic features of Kazakh Turkish are examined comparatively; practical studies are carried out using various text types such as short stories, poems, proverbs, news articles, and essays.
