1To enable students to use Kazakh Turkish effectively in both spoken and written forms.
2To develop fluency, tone, emphasis, and richness of expression in oral communication.
3To develop the ability to create a text plan, coherence, and stylistic awareness in written expression.
4To develop the ability to use different types of expression (narration, description, discussion, introduction, etc.) accurately and creatively.
5To teach how to reflect the cultural and linguistic features of Kazakh Turkish in forms of expression.
