Course Objective
The purpose of the Work and Time Study Course in the Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Leather Department, Leather Technology Program: To provide the basic characteristics of working conditions in enterprises, ergonomics, motivation-management, work study techniques, method study, wage systems, and job evaluation.
Brief Content of the Course
Work and Time Study of the basic concepts and definitions, history and founders. Data detection, measurement and standard time when the findings. Basic concepts of business organization (organization, management, ordering, time plan), in enterprises working conditions, ergonomics, motivation-referral-management, work study techniques, study methods, wage systems, job evaluation and training.
