| 1 | The primary objective of this course is to equip Dental School students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and awareness to make informed and effective career planning decisions throughout their professional lives. It aims to support students in identifying their personal talents, areas of interest, and professional values to determine their career paths; introduce academic, clinical, and managerial career opportunities; ensure they make the necessary preparations for job application processes; and develop their professional ethics and communication skills. Furthermore, it aims to enable students to continue their professional development with a lifelong learning mindset and effectively manage their career goals. |
