1Ability to comprehend the fundamentals of magnetism and grasp its similarities and differences with electrical circuits.
2To have knowledge about the general structure and operating principle of DC motors, their types, starting, reversing rotation direction, speed control, and drive systems.
3To examine the structures of 3-Phase and Single-Phase induction motors, their importance in industry, and their application areas, and to have sufficient knowledge about starting techniques, speed control, and drive systems.
4To gain knowledge about Single-Phase induction motors, their structure, comparison with three-phase motors, operating principle, and types.
5Ability to examine and conduct a comparative analysis of the structure, operating principle, speed adjustment, and drive systems of Universal, Servo, Stepper, and Synchronous motors.
