Course Objective
To define the aesthetic aspect of the work of art, to teach how to investigate, examine and criticize all the conditions and formations that create the work of art. To be able to analyze the contextual relations that make up the back structure along with the front structure in the process of understanding the work of art. To gain the ability to interpret the work of art within the framework of contemporary and historical art theories.
Brief Content of the Course
Analysis of works in the context of pedagogical criticism, 'Art historical criticism' and 'Psychoanalytic criticism' types and examples. Psychoanalytic work analysis and definition and history of art criticism, meaning and importance, theories of art criticism, original theory development.
