1To reinforce and expand the basic professional English vocabulary acquired in the first semester.
2To introduce advanced terminology used in surveying, cadastre, GIS, and photogrammetry, and to enable students to recognize and understand these terms.
3To develop students’ ability to analyze complex sentence structures in technical texts and to identify main ideas and key concepts.
4To build students’ skills to access and comprehend written professional resources such as technical reports, manuals, and legal texts.
5To support students in interpreting and using professional terminology accurately in context.
6To enhance students’ ability to use technical English effectively in map reading, interpretation, and analysis.
7To familiarize students with legal terminology related to expropriation, ownership, zoning, and land regulation, and to increase terminological awareness.
8To enable students to use professional English confidently in technical reporting, text analysis, and information retrieval processes.
