Course Objective
The objective of the Solar Energy and Hydrogen Applications course is to understand the processes of obtaining, storing, and converting hydrogen into energy using electricity generated from renewable sources, thereby enabling the design of sustainable and clean energy systems.
Brief Content of the Course
This course will cover the structural characteristics of solar energy and its comparison with other energy sources, the classification of solar energy systems, their basic components, troubleshooting and maintenance; solar energy applications in hydrogen and energy storage systems; thermodynamic and heat transfer applications of solar energy systems, energy efficiency, and economics.
