Course Objective
The aim of the course is to know the psychological behavior and problems of people in organizations and develop solutions. And to analyze the human and organization psychologically.
Brief Content of the Course
The historical development of organizational psychology, approaches to the employees in the organization, the responsibilities of the institution, staff selection and placement processes and methods, in-house training, leadership styles, intragroup and intergroup processes in corporate environments , job satisfaction, employee behavior damaging to the workplace, positive employee attitudes in the workplace, ways of coping with stress and conflict. Demonstrating the importance of making sustainability awareness a part of organizational identity and culture.
