Course Objective
The Protocol Management course aims to teach protocol knowledge and to provide the ability to apply competent protocol in business life and official meetings.
Brief Content of the Course
The Protocol Management course covers the concept of protocol, history of protocol, concepts related to protocol, basic protocol rules, rules regulating social life, rules regulating business life, legislation related to protocol, institutional and professional protocol, preparation of protocol lists, protocol in meetings and invitations, and protocol in written communication.
