Course Objective
The aim of this course is to convey the emergence, development, basic concepts and principles of Islamic law and to enable the student to compare Islamic law with other legal systems.
Brief Content of the Course
In this course, the concept of Islamic law will be defined, the development of this concept, its literature and institutions will be discussed, and the concept of sect will be examined.
