Course Objective
To understand the concept of mediation of legal disputes, to examine the procedures and principles to be applied in resolving legal disputes, and to To examine the private law disputes arising from business or transactions that they can freely dispose of
Brief Content of the Course
Mediation Law, legal dispute, conflict theory and dispute, conflict resolution methods, the concept and history of mediation, disputes suitable for mediation, mediation contract, basic principles in the mediation process, qualifications of the mediator, negotiation types and strategies, preparation of the agreement document in mediation, the contract signed at the end of mediation and its legal nature and ethics will be examined.
