Course Objective
To introduce Turkish Building Regulations and and elements, to introduce a large-scale plans and preparation processes of these plans, to evaluate regulation provisions need to be taken into account in the process of design and application, to examine the regulation problems faced in our country.
Brief Content of the Course
Within the frame of the Zoning Law and the regulations issued on the basis of this law;land restrictions imposed on the design to be built, the problems related to the reading and applying these laws and regulationsand the methods for the solution of these problems, the relations between thelocal authority, employer and the architect, the correspondence with institutions and organizations.
