Course Objective
Study of contemporary structural systems, building the structure, study of buildings constructed with the structures studied.
Brief Content of the Course
Structure definitions, Nature - structure relation, Classification of structures according to their material and systems, Folded plates, Shell systems, Suspended and cable systems, Pneumatic systems, Pneumatic systems, Structural systems of high-rise buildings, Study of selected buildings.
