Course Objective
The purpose of the Early Intervention Programs course is to provide prospective teachers with knowledge and skills regarding intervention programs that have been developed and proven effective based on early intervention, one of the fundamental principles of special education in Türkiye and around the world.
Brief Content of the Course
The Early Intervention Programs course aims to provide knowledge and skills in home-based, institution-based, and both home- and institution-based early intervention programs that have proven effective in early childhood. The course covers effective early intervention programs implemented nationally and internationally, such as GEDEP, OÇİDEP, Küçük Adımlar, DATA Models, ETEÇOM, BİA, and Highscope.
