Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
ÖÇ1Defines the concepts of learning difficulties, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, and special talents, and explains the importance of these concepts in the educational context.
ÖÇ2Classifies the causes of learning difficulties and special talents, explains their prevalence, and relates them to individuals' developmental characteristics.
ÖÇ3Analyzes the academic and non-academic characteristics of individuals with learning difficulties and special talents and discusses their implications for educational processes.
ÖÇ4Defines screening and diagnostic methods (medical, developmental, educational) and evaluates the steps involved in applying these methods.
ÖÇ5Discusses teamwork, family cooperation, and scientifically based practices in the education process of individuals with learning difficulties and special talents, and develops solutions to problems encountered in these processes.
ÖÇ6Assesses the characteristics of families, evaluates their attitudes towards individuals and families, and explains the services and support offered, as well as legal rights.
