Course Objective
Gaining an understanding of the basic concepts of law, giving basic legal information and getting the basics about different fields of law.
Brief Content of the Course
The basic elements of law, the sources of law and the hierarchy of resources, the rules of imperative, complementary and interpretive law, the judge's role of filling in the gaps, interpretation and appreciation authority, the role of goodwill in the acquisition of rights, honesty rule, persons law, real and legal persons, branches, law and law, making laws, application, legal personality, beginning and ending of person, rights and deeds; concepts of rights and obligations, debt relationship and responsibility, acquisition and loss of rights.
