Course Objective
This course covers the basic principles, management units, and work processes of office and construction site organization in construction projects. It includes topics such as site organization, job descriptions, workflow, time planning, cost control, material and equipment management, communication, and reporting processes. Additionally, concepts of occupational safety, legal responsibilities, and project management are discussed. Through the preparation of site layout plans, schedules, and case study analyses, students develop project management skills.
