Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
1Students who successfully complete this course will gain proficiency in choosing the technology required to process a particular food product.
2They will understand the mechanisms of food spoilage and have knowledge about ways to prevent or slow it down.
3They will have information about the advantages and disadvantages of food preservation methods. They will have information about how food processing methods used affect food safety and quality
4They will have information about newly developed food processing technologies, they will be able to lead the use of these technologies in our country if necessary.
5Knows the relationship between technological developments, consumption habits and the environment.
