Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with the competencies to research world culinary culture, prepare dishes from these cuisines, design new recipes, and carry out professional development activities.
Brief Content of the Course
This course will cover techniques and dishes from French cuisine, Italian cuisine, dishes suitable for English and Balkan cuisine, Spanish cuisine, Mexican cuisine, Russian and Scandinavian cuisine. New recipe research, new recipe design, new recipe evaluation, presenting a newly prepared dish for tasting, and photographing the prepared dish will be covered.
