ÖÇ2Describe the acute and chronic responses of the cardiac, circulatory, respiratory, musculoskeletal and nervous systems to exercise.
ÖÇ3Explains energy transfer in the body, energy expenditure during rest, physical activity and exercise; specifies the concepts related to different exercise tests; measures acute and chronic responses to exercise.
ÖÇ4Defines the principles of anaerobic and aerobic exercise training, basic concepts, basic physiological responses to exercise training; plans an exercise programme.
ÖÇ5Defines the effects of personal and environmental factors on exercise.
