The three-day “Management Review Meetings,” held with the participation of deans, directors, and heads of administrative departments at our University, have been successfully completed. The meetings aimed to strengthen institutional development and quality culture, and academic as well as administrative processes were evaluated in general terms.

On the first day, the current status of the faculties, along with their academic and administrative activities and quality objectives, were discussed with the deans. On the second day, meetings continued with the participation of the conservatory, the School of Foreign Languages, institutes, and vocational schools, during which educational processes and areas open to improvement were assessed. On the third and final day, administrative processes and service quality were reviewed with the heads of administrative departments, and areas for improvement were identified.

During the meetings, which were conducted through mutual exchange of views, feedback from all units was taken into consideration, and a shared understanding was established regarding planning for the upcoming period and efforts to contribute to institutional goals.
