On 16–17 February 2026, the DUÇEP “Professional Practices” Workshop was held at our University’s Conference Hall under the auspices of the Diş Hekimliği Fakülteleri Dekanlar Konseyi (Council of Deans of Dental Faculties). The workshop, attended by the deans of dental faculties from across Türkiye, served as a significant academic gathering in the field. Our Faculty’s Chief Physician, Kevser Kurt Demirsoy, also participated in the workshop.

NÖHÜ Dental Hospital Continues to Achieve Firsts


Our University’s Faculty of Dentistry Hospital, which provides tertiary oral and dental healthcare services, has been granted the status of a training clinic for the first time in the fields of orthodontics and endodontics.

A "Dean-Student Meeting" event was held at the Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Congress and Culture Center, bringing together students and faculty administrators.


Within the scope of the event, students had the opportunity to ask questions and directly express their opinions on academic processes and university life. The program, attended by administrators from the Faculty of Dentistry, provided an open and constructive dialogue environment with the students.

Semınar On Oral And Dental Health By Faculty Members Of Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Unıversıty Faculty Of Dentıstry At Bor Atatürk Secondary School


The seminar was delivered by Lecturer Hande Çakmak from the Department of Prosthodontics and Lecturer Arife Hüsna Yıldız from the Department of Restorative Dentistry. During the session, students were provided with comprehensive information on the importance of oral and dental health, proper tooth brushing techniques, the necessity of regular dental check-ups, and the impact of healthy nutrition on dental well-being.
